Lascelles "Skipper" Newman
Lascelles Newman, president of the Caribbean Graduate School of Theology, first became involved with Moorlands through the ISCF camp in 1966. He served in the roles of counselor and commandant, and was invited to the directorship in 1987. He continues to give theological insight to this day. His lovely wife, Margaret, served alongside him on the directorship of the Board for many years. His children Minke, Anneke, and Johnathan have all enjoyed being Moorlands campers.
